Your privacy is a priority, to us.  To better protect your privacy, YD YACHTS provide this Privacy Policy, which explains our information practices about the way in which your information is collected and used on this website and any other website operated by us. By providing us with personally identifiable information, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data We Might Collect:

You do not have to give us personally identifiable information in order to access our website.  However, in order to get full details of our listings and services, you may be required to provide us with your personally identifiable information, which is information that, alone or in combination with other information, allows us to identify you, such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, contact preferences or information relating to a support or service issue.

In addition, when you use any of our software applications (hereinafter will call as the “Application”), you may provide us with some or all of the following information:  (a) your name, email address, age and other registration information such as, by way of example and not limitation, your Vessel’s identification number (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help and  (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information.

In addition to the uses described above, we may also use the information you provide us in connection with the Application to provide customer service and other requested actions with respect to the Application or to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

If you provide us with your personally identifiable information, you are giving us permission to use that information for the specific purpose for which it is provided.

We also may collect, store and use certain non-personally identifiable information we receive when you use our Services, and we may aggregate data and information provided by or collected from multiple users (which may include you) in a manner that is not personally identifiable to any individual user.  All non-personally identifiable information collected by us through our Services and all aggregated/compilations of data we create are the exclusive property of YD YACHTS.  Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits our right to use any such non-personally identifiable or aggregated information in any way (including, but not limited to, monitoring user traffic patterns, analyzing and quantifying user preferences, improving the design and content of our Services, and enabling us to personalize your user experience).

– In the case we are obliged to submit data to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and/or Tax Authorities.

– In the case such transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Leads and Referrals – Special Consent:

By submitting a request or inquiry about yacht sales or any other products, services, offerings, procedures, details or matters advertised or promoted on or through any of our Services, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by YD YACHTS and/or other similar or related purposes in connection with such request.  You further understand and agree that you may be contacted by telephone device (including being contacted on a recorded line and potentially by use of automated dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messaging), email, mail or otherwise, based on the phone number, email address and/or other data you have provided in the request form you completed and submitted to YD YACHTS through our Services.  This consent applies even if your phone number, email address or other data is on a corporate, federal, State, local or other do-not-contact type of list or directory (such as the U.S. National Do Not Call Registry).  You are not required to consent to receiving autodialer calls, or to otherwise provide this consent, as a condition of purchasing any products or services from YD YACHTS or any of our professional service providers or other Business Providers. You agree that your submitted request or inquiry (as described above) acts as your electronic signature for this consent. You acknowledge that for text, SMS, calls and other electronic messages that message and data rates (for example, from your network provider) may apply.

Protection of Our Services and Others:

We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties when we believe its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of YD YACHTS, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other unaffiliated third parties in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
